We respect our customer opinion and certain time customers may not be satisfied with our service and acknowledging them we have implemented refund and cancellation policies. There are times when due to some reasons customers feel the need to cancel so in case you wish to cancel a service, just drop your query at email@example.com. We will accept your cancellation request.
We give our best to deliver complete satisfaction to our clients but in case, any client is not quite satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund. The refunding procedure will take approx 14 days and after the fortnight all balance will be refunded back to the same account, which was used during the time of purchase. But in the case of Payment Gateway, payments refund etc refund will be provided to the same Bank account.
Terms and Conditions
- A full refund can only be made when the request has been made within 15 days from the date of the order, and if and only if the project fails to deliver satisfactory results.
- Refund will be availed once at a time.
- Refund policies can be revised any time by Router Number Support.
- No third party will be entertained for refund as purchase has been wholly made by you.
- A partial refund can be provided to you for our services in case if a client provides a valid reason regarding an unsatisfactory service.
- No refund is applicable in case of your project has been completed. However, you can apply for a partial refund before the project completion.
