We believe in developing a long-term relationship with our clients and that is why we provide cancellation and refund policies to our clients. In case you wish to cancel a service, just drop your query at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We give our best to deliver complete satisfaction to our clients but in case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund. All refunds will take approximately 14 working days to process and it will be refunded in the same account provided at the time of purchase and in the case of Payment Gateway, payments refund will be provided to the same Bank account.
Terms and Conditions
- A full refund can only be made when the request has been made in the first 15 days from the date of the order, and if and only if the project fails to deliver satisfactory results.
- You are eligible for a refund only one time. If you’ve requested or had a refund for a service before then you will not be eligible for any refund.
- Router Number Support reserves the right to revise its refund policies at any time without any notice.
- There are no refunds on the third party purchases that you or we have done for your project with your permission.
- A partial refund can be provided to you for our services in case if a client provides a valid reason regarding an unsatisfactory service.
- No refund is applicable in case of your project has been completed. However, you can apply for a partial refund before the completion of the project.
